Established in 1991, Krushi Vikas is a non-government organization working across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat to uplift rural, semi-rural, and urban communities dependent on agro and non-farm activities. It implements programs in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, women's development, irrigation, microfinance, digital literacy, sanitation, and rural infrastructure. Operating in drought-prone regions, it supports vulnerable groups including tribal communities, women, youth, and small entrepreneurs.

Field Coordinator

Project Manager

2 Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture/Social/Education/Rural Development At least 5-6 years' work experience. The work experiences must be on project management, rural development projects focusing on soil water conservation, sustainable agriculture, climate smart agriculture, precision farming, rural livelihoods, advisory services, filed trails, farmer fields school and climate change, etc. INR 35,000-40,000 per month
Program Officer – Watershed/NRM
Location:
Motala Block in Buldana
2 Civil Eng. /B. Tech/Watershed Minimum 3 years of experience in watershed management, natural resource management, or related projects (experience in NGO/CSR/government projects preferred).
Required Skills: Strong technical expertise in watershed and natural resource management.

Project Officer - Mobilization

1 Bachelor's/master's degree in social work, Rural Development Minimum 3 years of experience in community mobilization, SHG promotion, or rural development projects.
Required Skills: Experience in conducting community meetings, training, and capacity-building sessions.

HR Manager – (Only for Women Candidate)

1 Master's degree in HR / MBA-HR / MSW (HR specialization preferred) 3–5 years of HR experience, NGO or development sector preferred. Experience managing HR operations for 150+ staff. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR processes. Excellent communication (Marathi,Hindi & English), planning, and people management skills. INR 25,000-30,000 per month
MIS Officer

1 Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology / Statistics / Data Science (Master's Degree preferred in MIS, Computer Applications (MCA), or related field) 3–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, or MAE in NGO/development projects.
