KRUSHI VIKAS organization was established in the year 1991 and emerging as a regional and national development organization aimed at the betterment of rural, semi-rural, and diversifying urban communities that depend on agro and nonfarm-based activities for their livelihood and progress. Since establishment, KRUSHI VIKAS has devised and implemented multiple developmental and skill building activities in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujrat which covers Sustainable agriculture, Natural Resource Management, Nature Conservation, Sustainable Livelihoods, Promotion of Community Based Organizations, Women’s Holistic Development, Irrigation, Microfinance, Digital Literacy, Sanitation and Rural Infrastructure. KRUSHI VIKAS has been growing in a challenging rural habitat which is draught prone and constrained by unavailability of basic rural infrastructure. The beneficiaries of KRUSHI VIKAS include the most vulnerable poor farming households, Tribal’s, women, farm labourers, landless farm labourers, small scale rural entrepreneurs, youth and underprivileged communities in need of Skill, education, health, and developmental infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Post Graduate in any field, MSW/ MBA in marketing/ Communication would be an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 Years Experience in raising funds for Non-profit from CSR, Foundations and other agencies. Must have raised significant amount of funds for a non-profit
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy to achieve the organization's financial goals.
  • Identify new funding opportunities and create plans to cultivate potential donors.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals and reports, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.
  • Develop and implement donor recognition programs.
  • Lead and mentor the fundraising team, providing guidance and support to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Develop and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress, metrics, and forecasts for senior management and the board of directors.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural program management, extension services, or a related field.
  • Experience working with farmers and rural communities.
  • Experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation.

SKILLS:
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guide to Project manager & project team in Timely Achieving the goals of project
  • Develop and implement agricultural programs and initiatives in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, Team and private sector partners, to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of agricultural programs, using data and feedback to make improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and challenges for senior management and funders.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Support other staff members for achieving desired results in project.

LOCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Full time B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 3 years work experience for candidate with B.Tech in Civil/ Agriculture
  • Engineering or 4years work experience for the candidate with Diploma in Civil
  • Engineering. The work experiences must be on rural development projects/NRM
  • projects while working with reputed organization.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide technical inputs for preparing GIS plan on Ground and also assist in approval and implementation of the Plan.
  • Preparing village DPR (Detailed project report), DPR approval from the Gram Sabha and Priority plan submission to Gram Panchayat and Block according to the labour Budget.
  • Preparing various GIS based maps and creation of Data base in the GIS soft.
  • Prepare design, plan and estimation of various NRM structures.
  • Ensuring AAP entry in MGNREGA portal of Priority Plan schemes and it’s TS & AS approval (Technical Sanction & Administrative Sanction).
  • Provide lay out of the various NRM structures and monitor the works execution and timely completion.
  • Actively work to create social awareness about rights and entitlements of MGNREGA.
  • Capacity building of PRI members, MGNREGA Supervisors, Barefoot Technicians GRSs and project Cluster Coordinators (CCs) and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).
  • Plan Farm based allied activities to ensure sustainable livelihood to poorest of the poor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of experience with NGO / Government in executing agricultural projects and implementation of development programme in rural development/ livelihoods especially in sustainable agriculture projects;Priority will be given to CSR Projects implemented candidates.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Program Implementation, Capacity Building and Documentation
  • Practical Knowledge about disseminating technologies with result-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Email, Excel, Word & PowerPoint and data analysis.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To facilitate meetings with farmers, assessment of existing agriculture practices, need assessment, focus group discussion, etc.
  • To undertake agriculture trainings and extension activities including demonstrations & trials on improved agriculture technologies with focus on sustainable agriculture, Farmers Field days/ field schools, Exposure visits, Training & capacity building workshops etc.
  • Implement the agriculture activities as per project budget.
  • To Identify the GAPs in current practices based on the above-mentioned study
  • To coordinate with Agri Universities/KVKs/Agri Research centres to prepare a plan to overcome the identified GAPs.
  • To design and execute Farmer Field School Interventions for dissemination of Knowledge and Technology to minimize the GAPs or to introduce new crop/ technology.
  • To Promote and document Agri Allied Activities.
  • To support other project interventions for overall development of stakeholders of the project.
  • To facilitate convergence of govt schemes and other development interventions for maximizing the impact of the project.
